    1/2 pita
    1/2 cup fresh (or frozen) broccoli
    1/4 cup fresh shredded carrots
    1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 tblspns of soy sauce (lo-sodium)

    Recipe



    1) heat skillet (or wok) to medium high
    2) add veggies and soy sauce
    3) stir fry veggies for a couple of minutes (best if veggies stay crisp)
    4) toast pita
    5) spoon veggie mixture into pita
    6) add additional soy sauce to taste
