    1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    16 oz fat-free cream cheese -- softened
    1 1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 cup lettuce -- shredded
    3 slices turkey bacon -- cooked crisp & crumbled
    1 large tomatoes -- chopped
    1/4 cup scallion -- chopped
    1/3 cup lowfat cheddar cheese -- shredded

    Combine mayonnaise, cream cheese and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl often, until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.

    Spread cream cheese mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch round serving dish; top with lettuce, bacon, tomato, scallions and cheese. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving. Serves 8
