    2 pt. Roasted Chick Peas

    "These come out crunchy and yummy with a texture sort of like peanuts. If you like chick peas at all, you should try this, I wasn't too sure about it but when I made them, I absolutely loved them and they are only 2 pts per serving!"

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans garbanzo beans (chick peas) rinsed and drained
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less depending on how hot you like it)
    1 Tbsp olive oil (could also use olive oil flavor Pam spray)

    Recipe



    Pour olive oil over cookie sheet with sides. Put beans on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cayenne. Toss beans with hands to coat evenly. Spread into single layer. Roast in pre-heated oven at 350' for about 50 minutes (or until golden and crunchy) shaking the pan every 15 minutes. Cool completely.
