    4.5 pt. Chive-Ham Brunch Bake

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 T. light butter
    1 can chunk ham, drained
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 cups biscuit/baking mix (I'd use the reduced fat one) 9 points/cup
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup reduced-fat Kraft 2% cheddar cheese (shredded)
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 t. dill weed
    1/4 t. salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    3 T. minced chives

    Recipe



    In a skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in ham and tomato; set aside. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and water; mix well. Press onto the bottom and halfway up the sides of a sprayed 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. Spread ham mixture over crust; sprinkle with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, dill, salt and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with chives. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted
    near center comes out clean.
