    Buny's note: I made these to take into work -- they had a pretty good chocolate taste (though not as fudgy as myself, a chocoholic and non points counter, usually look for...).. Somewhat cakey texture but overall two thumbs up :D The WW points counters liked them much. Very easy to make!

    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup sugar
    1/3 cup water
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup flour (all-purpose)
    1/3 cup oats
    1/4 cup cocoa dry powder, unsweetened
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 4 ingredients, mix well. Stir in eggs and beat until smooth. Mix dry ingredients. Fold into the sugar mixture until smooth. Pour into an 8" square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 23 min. Cool completely. Cut into 16 pieces. Each piece = 2 points

    PER SERVING: 89.7 Calories, 3.3 g Total Fat, 0.5 g Saturated Fat, 13.3 mg Cholesterol, 113.3 mg Sodium, 14.2 g Total Carbohydrate, 0.9 g Dietary Fiber, 1.6 g Protein, 31.1 mg Calcium.
