    1 angel food cake mix
    1 can crushed pineapple in juice

    Recipe



    Mix the cake mix and the undrained pineapple. Mix well pour into a ungreased 9x13 pan [metal or glass] bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12 serving or 36 cup cakes

    Dolores Notes: to make cupcakes, I use the paper liners in the cupcake pans bake for 10 - 12 minutes till the tops are brown

    Cupcakes are 1 pt. each, cake is 3 pt. per serving.
