    Cake: 3 pt. Seltzer Cake

    List of Ingredients




    1 box of White cake mix
    12oz flavored seltzer water
    3 egg whites
    1 tbsp of dry Jell-o mix (any flavor, but tastes best if you use the same flavor as the flavor of seltzer you used)
    1 tub of FF cool whip
    1 packet of FF hot cocoa mix

    Recipe



    Mix together cake mix and seltzer until smooth. Add in the egg whites and Jell-o mix, and mix until smooth. Bake cake as printed on back of cake mix box. Stir the hot cocoa mix into the cool whip, and use to frost the cake when cool.

    Serves 16.
