    1 cup raspberries
    6 Tbsp Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping
    6 cup sugar-free fruit flavored gelatin
    1 cup strawberries
    6 piece store bought angel food cake
    6 Tbsp Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping

    Slice Strawberries and place in bottom of sundae or parfait glasses. Prepare Jell-o according to mold method on package. Divide prepared liquid into 3 parts of 2 cups each. Into first part, add 1 cup Fat-free Cool Whip and blend until smooth. Place in Refrigerator to chill. In second part, place raspberries and set aside. Take third part and pour 1/3 cup into each glass. Chill in refrigerator.

    When soft set, break each slice of angel food cake into pieces and place in glasses. Pour 1/2 cup Cool Whip/Jello mixture on top and chill until set. For the last layer, pour 1/2 cup raspberry/Jell-o mixture on top and chill until firm. Garnish with whole strawberry and 1 tbsp Cool Whip.

    Serves 6.

    Cut store-bought angel food cake into 12 slices (you can usually make 2 batches of this from 1 store-bought angel food cake). If you don't have a parfait glass, you can use wine goblets. This really is an easy-easy recipe, and very yummy! It looks beautiful enough to have for company. No one will even know it is only 2 points!
