    Pie: 4 pt. Impossible Pumpkin Pie

    1/2 c. Reduced Fat Bisquick
    1 c. evaporated low-fat milk, but I used evaporated skim milk
    1/2 c. fat free cholesterol-free egg product or 3 egg whites
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. sugar (I used brown)
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbls. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350. Spray 9 inch pie plate. Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie. 6 to 8 servings

    1 serving: 3 points for an 1/8th of the pie, and 4 points for 1/6th
