    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup equal sweetener -- spoonable substitute
    1/4 teaspoon water
    8 ounces fat-free cream cheese -- softened
    2 cups Cool Whip Fat Free -- thawed
    1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
    3 cups fresh strawberries -- halved
    mint sprigs -- optional

    Recipe



    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture into crust; cover and chill 1 hour or until firm. Arrange strawberries evenly over cream cheese mixture just before serving. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired; serve pie immediately.

    Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 5.10 pts

    NOTE: To lower points use a low fat graham cracker pie crust
