    List of Ingredients




    2 3/4 ounces taco shells -- rectangular
    1/2 cup fat-free refried beans
    3 tablespoons nonfat cheddar cheese -- shredded
    1 tomato -- chopped
    1/2 cup lettuce -- shredded
    2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
    2 tablespoons salsa
    1 tablespoon green chilies -- canned, rinsed and drained, optional

    Preheat oven to 350¼. Place the taco shells on a baking sheet, spread the beans
    evenly in the bottoms of the shells. Top each with half of the cheese. Bake until
    hot and the cheese is melted, about 8 min. Top each chalupa with half of the tomato,
    lettuce, sour cream, salsa and chilies (if using).

    Serves 2.
