    3/4 ounce sun-dried tomatoes -- packed without oil
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1/2 pound lean, boneless top round steak
    vegetable cooking spray
    1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
    2 cups fresh broccoli flowerets
    1/4 cup green onion -- sliced
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    1/4 cup + 2T dry white wine
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    2 cups hot cooked rice

    Combine tomatoes and water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain; thinly slice, and set aside. Trim fat from steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Coat a wok or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add steak, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Remove steak from wok; set aside, and keep warm.

    Add oil to wok, and place over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add sliced tomato, green onions, and garlic; stir-fry 1 minute. Combine wine, soy sauce, and cornstarch; stir well. Add cornstarch mixture and steak to wok; stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is thickened and bubbly. Serve over rice.

    Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup steak mixture and 1 cup rice).
