    Note: you will have to add more points if serving with buns.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground round
    1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 cup green onions chopped
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger peeled and grated
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 clove garlic minced

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2" thick patty.

    2. Prepare grill.

    3. Place patties on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.

    Serves 4.
