    List of Ingredients




    1 1/3 cups cottage cheese, low fat
    1 ounce toasted almonds -- coarsely chopped
    3 tablespoons diet margarine
    2 ounces grated parmesan cheese
    3 cups cooked noodles
    2 teaspoons dried parsley

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine cottage cheese, almonds, margarine, and Parmesan cheese.
    Heat through, stirring. Add noodles. Gently stir and continue to heat until hot and bubbly.
    Place noodles in a serving bowl and sprinkle with parsley.

    Serves 6. "5 Points per serving"
