    1 boboli shell -- *see Note
    1 box frozen spinach -- (10 oz) thawed and drained
    8 ounces feta cheese -- crumbled
    4 roma tomatoes -- sliced 1/2-inch thick
    4 scallions -- chopped
    dill weed, fresh -- chopped
    garlic salt
    black pepper -- coarsely ground
    oregano -- or Greek Seasonings

    NOTES : Boboli Shell may be spritzed with olive oil spray and sprinkled with coarse salt and baked for 3 minutes prior to putting the toppings on.

    Preheat oven to 450¡. Mix spinach, chopped scallion & dill weed in small bowl. Season with garlic salt & pepper. Set aside. Lay tomato slices on top of crust. Then spread spinach mixture evenly over tomatoes. Next spread crumbled Feta cheese on tomatoes. Sprinkle oregano or Greek Seasoning over Feta. Bake at 450¡ for 10 - 15 minutes.

    Serves 8 (1 slice each).
