    Trina's note: My kids really loved this! The chops came out very tender (you could cut them with your fork). The apples got a little yucky looking. Next time I cook this, I will place the apples under the soup mixture. Then place a few fresh apples on top about the last few minutes of cooking.

    List of Ingredients




    4 lean pork chops
    Oil
    1 1/2 cans (10 1/2 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 cup ff milk
    2 stalks celery, finely cut
    1 1/2 cups ff croutons
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    Salt and black pepper
    2 sm. red apples, unpeeled and sliced

    Tip: you can substitute cream of celery soup for the mushroom soup if you wish.

    Recipe



    1. Wipe pork chops with a damp paper towel. Brown them in a little heated oil. arrange chops in an oiled baking dish.

    2. Combine soup and milk, mixing until creamy and smooth. Add celery, croutons, poultry seasoning, salt and black pepper, mixing well. Pour mixture over the chops. Sprinkle with apple slices.

    3. Bake, uncovered, at 350f for 45min. to 1 hour (until chops are done)

    4. Garnish with fresh apple wedges if you like.

    Serves 4.
