    Donna's notes: My family loves this recipe. I serve with rice or mashed potatoes and some FF turkey gravy, add a veggie and a salad. Great meal.

    List of Ingredients




    2 T plus 2 teaspoons reduced-tub margarine
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup choppe onion
    3 T all-purpose flour
    2 cups lowfat milk (1%)
    1 lb. diced cooked turkey
    8 slices reduce-cal whole wheat bread, torn in small pieces
    1 1/2 tsp.poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 cup + 2 tbl. seasoned dried bread crumbs

    Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet, heat margarine: add celery and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in flour; cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute longer. Slowly pour in milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs, stirring well to combine. Set aside 10 minutes. Shape into 8 equal balls; roll in
    bread crumbs. Place balls in nonstick baking pan. Bake until golden brown, about 35-40 minutes.

    Makes 8 servings. 214 calories, 6g fat, 2g fiber 4 points each.
