    original poster's note: I had this today for breakfast. I thought it was OK. I might try adding one packet Splenda next time for a little sweeter taste.

    List of Ingredients




    1 banana
    1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    1 oz nonfat cream cheese
    2 cinnamon raisin english muffins, split and toasted
    4 ripe strawberries, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    Combine, 1/2 the banana, the ricotta, and the cream cheese in a blender. Whirl just until smooth. Thinly slice the remaining banana half. Spread the banana mixture evenly over the muffin. Top with overlapping slices of banana and strawberries.

    Per serving 1 open sandwich (4 servings) 3 points per serving
    142 cal, 2g fat, 1g saturated fat, 5mg cholesterol, 187 sodium, 26g carb, 2 g fiber, 6g, protein, 106mg calcium.
