    4 pt. Crunchy Vegetable Wraps

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c tub style fat free cream cheese
    4 (10") fat free flour tortillas
    4 curly lettuce leafs (or spinach leafs)
    1 c alfalfa sprouts
    1 c shredded red cabbage
    1/2 c chopped Roma tomato
    1/4 c (1 oz) crumbled blue cheese (I prefer a Dried Tomato & Herb Feta)
    2 tbsp finely diced red onion

    Recipe



    Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over each tortilla; top with a lettuce leaf. Divide sprouts and remaining ingredients evenly among tortilla; Roll up. Cut each in half diagonally.

    Serves 4 (serving size: 1 wrap)

    Per Wrap: 183 calories, 2.3 gr fat, 7 gr protein, 34 gr carbohydrate, 1.1 gr fiber, 8 mg cholesterol, 614 mg sodium, 95 mg calcium
