    5 pt. Joey's Turkey Roll-ups

    2 ounces turkey breast slices
    2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese
    2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
    2 whole Mission Low-fat Tortillas
    2 large lettuce leaves

    Recipe



    Heat 2 tortillas in microwave for 15-20 seconds (optional). I like to do this, I like mine soft. Spread 1 tablespoon of FF cream cheese on each tortilla. Spread 1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce on each tortilla. Place 1 ounce of chopped turkey on each tortilla. Place 1 large lettuce leave on each tortilla, roll up, eat and enjoy :-)

    The two tortillas equal one serving - 5 points. (calories 304.5, fat 2 grams, fiber 4.8 grams)
    If you are using left over turkey your baked for Thanksgiving, the points would be 6 (higher fat content)
