    6.5 pt. Waldorf Turkey Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
    1 small apple chopped
    1/4 cup diced celery
    3 Tbsp fat free mayonaise
    2 Tbsp plain non fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp raisins
    1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    8 slices raisin bread, toasted
    4 lettuce leaves

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Spoon 3/4 cup turkey mixture onto 4 slices of bread; top with a lettuce leaf and remaining bread.
    Makes 4 servings.
