2 cups strawberries, hulled
2 cup light sour cream
6 Tbsp packed light brown sugar
Recipe
Puree all ingredients in a blender, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving. Serves 10, at 2 pt. per serving.
