    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. raw extra lean groud beef
    8 cups water
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 small onion, diced
    10 oz uncooked white potatoes, diced
    1 16 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
    1 4.5 oz canned stewed tomatoes
    1 15 oz. can grean beans
    3 beef boullion cubes
    Salt, Pepper and Butter Buds to Taste

    Brown ground beef in large soup pot and strain and rinse in strainer. Add 6 cups of the water and all other ingredients except for flour. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Mix remaining two cups of water and flour in jar or container with tight lid. Shake to mix well and slowly add to soup. Continue cooking until flour is cooked and add butter buds, salt and pepper to taste.

    1 serving = 5 pts and 2 Cups
    Serves 8.
