    Nachos with "chips"

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    onion powder
    cayenne pepper to taste
    wine or chicken broth
    green onions sliced
    jalapeno peppers sliced
    garlic powder
    black pepper
    red yellow, and green
    bell peppers, cut in triangles

    Recipe

    Cook ground beef in onion powder, cayenne pepper and wine/broth if needed. Cook until browned then put in a bowl. Sprinkle with green onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic powder, and black pepper. Use bell pepper 'chips' to scoop up meat. Portion out into serving size appropriate for your eating plan.
