    Turkey: Chili with Meat

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp powdered garlic
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ( 1/2tsp if you want it Hotter)
    1 Lb of Ground Turkey (Chicken Or Beef Can Used)
    1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and diced
    1 Can low salt Tomatoes
    1 Can of Tomato Paste, low salt

    Recipe

    Heat a Sprayed skillet with Pam**, add Ground chicken and cook until brown and tender, 10 to 12 minutes .

    Then add Chili powderm Cumin, Garlic, Cayenne and Jalapeno peppers mix well.

    Add tomatoes and paste mix well. Simmer for 1/2 hr. Stir so it doesn't stick. Serve over arice or Just by its self.
