    BBQ: Cola BBQ Sauce

    Recipe Introduction

    "If you don’t have the Pampered Chef cinnamon blend use 1 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of each of the other ingredients in the blend (I’ve listed those for you)."

    List of Ingredients

    In a blender put the following:
    6 oz NSA tomato paste
    1 tsp Pampered Chef cinnamon mix (has mostly cinnamon with ground cloves, nutmeg, allspice and dried orange rind)
    1 tsp. whole celery seed
    2 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/4 c rice vinegar
    1/4 c balsamic vinegar
    1 can diet rite cola

    Recipe

    Blend until everything is well whipped.

    Barbeque Meatballs
    1 pkg ground turkey breast
    1/4 c cola barbeque sauce
    1/4 c cola barbeque sauce

    Take pkg of ground turkey breast and 1/4 c cola barbeque sauce and smooch together with your hands. Form into small meatballs and put in no-stick skillet. Turn when browned.

    Pour remaining 1/4 c cola barbeque sauce over browned meatballs. Add 1/3 c water and cover. Cook for 30-45 minutes on low, turning to get the barbeque sauce over the entire meatball. The liquid will reduce and the sauce will get thicker. Divide into individual servings and freeze. Nuke frozen until warmed.

    Crockpot Cola Chicken

    Throw one or two packages of chicken breast tenders or boneless-skinness chicken breast or turkey breast cutlets RAW into a crockpot.

    Pour Cola Barbeque Sauce over all (I reserved 1 c from the recipe above and did 3 packages of chicken). Cover and let cook.

    Divide into individual servings and freeze. Serve hot over rice or baked potato. by Kkey
