    Salsa: Jicama Salsa

    1 small jicama, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
    8 radishes, diced
    3/4 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
    2-1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    2 tbsp diced sweet red onion
    3/4 tsp ground arbol chile
    2 tsp minced fresh basil
    1/8 tsp Splenda

    Recipe

    Thoroughly combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Let macerate about an hour. Makes 2 cups
