    Condiments: Low Sodium Mustard

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 c Dry Mustard
    1/4 c White Wine Vinegar
    1/4 c White Wine
    1 t Splenda
    6 T Egg Substitute

    Recipe

    Blend together first four ingredients and let stand 2 hours. Beat egg into mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Store covered in the refrigerator.
