    Condiments: Tammie's Dijon Mustard

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 C Dry White Wine
    1/4 C Chopped Onion
    1 Clove Garlic minced
    1/2 C Dry Mustard
    1 tbsp Liquid Honey (not on plan sub sweetner if wanted)
    2 drops hot sauce like Tabasco (2 to 3)

    Recipe

    1. Combine Wine, onion, and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat and boil gently uncovered for 5 minutes. Strain and discard solids.

    2. Whisk wine into mustard in a small boil until well blended. Return to sauce pan; add honey and pepper sauce. Bring to boil and gently for 10 minutes to blend flavours and thicken slightly, stirring frequently. Store in a tighly seeled container for up to 1 month. Makes 2/3 c
