    Salsa: Two Tomato Salsa

    List of Ingredients

    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium yellow bell pepper, cored, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1 tablespoon dried cilantro (or 3 tbl. fresh)
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 cups crushed low salt canned tomatoes

    Recipe

    Place the fresh tomatoes, yellow bell peper, onin, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, oregano, black pepper and cayenne in a food processor. Process briefly. Salsa should stay chunky. Stir the crushed tomatoes into the salsa, cover and refrierate for 2 hours before serving.
