List of Ingredients
2 cups water
3 TBL liquid smoke
1 ½ TBL splenda
1 bay leaf
½ tsp thyme
1 whole clove
½ tsp peppercorns
½ tsp crushed red chilies (OPTIONAL)Recipe
Place in a pot bring to a boil remove from heat cool enough to place in refrigerator
Keep there for 2 hours before adding your meat whether it is turkey beef chicken.
If you have a smoker this would be the optimal way to cook but if you do not there is still a way to cook it.
Get a pan you do not care about much (a cheap tinfoil type pan) run bamboo skewers through the pan skewering the meat on them so the are not on the bottom of the pan place ¼ inch of the marinade in the bottom of the pan cover and bake at 350 until done.
