    Healthy Cooking for Two

    List of Ingredients




    2 large unpeeled peaches
    2 T. lime juice
    2 T. finely diced red onions
    2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 T. minced fresh ginger
    1/2 tsp. crushed red-pepper flakes

    Recipe



    Pit the peaches and cut into 1/2" dice. Place in a medium bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and let stand for 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
