1 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup grated peeled onion
6 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons minced peeled garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
Recipe
In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, onion, cayenne pepper, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Spread on meats before grilling.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
