    4 tablespoons ground coriander
    1 tablespoon ground cumin
    1 tablespoon dried fennel
    1 tablespoon cayenne
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
    5 whole cloves

    Recipe



    Crush all ingredients together using a mortar and pestle, or grind together in a food processor until fine. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or in a cool dry place away from heat and moisture. Can add 3 ground cardamom seeds to the mix for extra flavor.
