    List of Ingredients

    6 Egg Whites
    1 2lb Jar of Applesauce (No Sugar)

    Recipe

    Beat eggs slightly with a wire wisk.
    Add apple sauce
    Continue stiring with wire wisk, on low-med heat until thickened.
    Delcious warm or cold.
    After cooling put back in same 2 gal jar for many future snacks!
