    BBQ'd Fruit Kabobs

    List of Ingredients

    Banana
    Green or Red Apple
    Pineapple Chunks
    Peach
    Pear

    Recipe

    1. Prepare the fruit by peeling the bananas and cutting the fruits into chunks.

    2. Slide pieces of fruit onto metal or pre-soaked bamboo skewer and design your own kabob using the selection of fruits.

    3. Place on BBQ over low coals (or gas turned very low). Cook until just lightly browned.

    4. Serve warm.


    Best as a pre-workout snack because it’s really hard to stop at a ½ cup.

    Optional: As soon as they are removed from BBQ sprinkle with a cocoa powder/Splenda mix, but be careful if cocoa powder and Splenda have not been mixed together well you will have dry cocoa “chunks” that you may find bitter.
