    Hashbrown Cups

    Recipe Introduction

    "I tried something new this weekend. I tried to replicate an off plan recipie that my husband likes. I made "Hashbrown cups.""

    List of Ingredients

    2 generous cups of shredded potatoes (they don't fill up evenly and you can shortchange yourself easily)

    1 cup egg whites* (This was a pre-workout meal for me so I needed 1 c carbs but only 1/3 cup egg whites.)

    To taste:
    Paprika
    Mrs. Dash
    Emeril's Italian Seasoning (no salt, only one he makes without it)
    Garlic Powder - tons
    Onion Powder - lots and lots
    Pepper

    Recipe

    Dump everything in a 1 gallon freezer bag and shake it up. Spoon potatoes into *lightly greased* muffin tin, no cups - I sprayed mine w/ PAM but wiped them out with a paper towel to remove the excess grease - and pour liquid over them. Bake on 350 until golden brown.

    6oz Type A protein
    2 cups Type B carb
