    Chicken: Chicken Fajitas 2

    List of Ingredients

    * mixture of red, yellow, and green bell peppers, sliced
    * 1 small onion, sliced
    * 1 garlic clove, minced
    * onion powder to taste
    * cayenne pepper to taste
    * wine or low sodium chicken broth
    * 1 chicken breast, pounded as thin as possible

    Recipe

    Cook peppers, onions, garlic, onion powder, and cayenne pepper with wine or broth. Remove from pan and add chicken. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side until done. Put pepper/onion mixture in middle of breast, roll-up.
