    1 cup cooked chicken, diced and chilled
    1 cup cooked rice, chilled
    3 tablespoons chopped scallions
    1 carrot, grated
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1/4 teaspoon dill

    Recipe
