    Chicken: Chicken in Marsala Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    nonstick cooking spray
    4 oz fresh mushrooms sliced
    8 oz tomato sauce
    1/4 cup marsala wine

    Recipe



    In small bowl, mix together oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, & pepper; sprinkle generously over all sides of the chicken using all the mixture. Heat nonstick frying pan over medium temperature about 1 minute; spray with Pam. Add chicken & cook about 5 minutes. Turn chicken, add mushrooms & cook 5 minutes more. Push chicken to side, add tomato & marsala, stirring with mushrooms to mix well. Arrange chicken in sauce & simmer about 12 minutes or until fork tender.
