    1/4 c Parsley, minced
    1 Tb Fresh oregano, minced (or 1 t dried)
    1 Tb Fresh thyme (or 1 t dried)
    2 Tb Whole fennel seeds
    1 ts Pepper mix , ground
    1/2 ts chipotle, ground
    1 Tb Mrs. Dash (your personal favorite blend)
    1 c Medium-dry white wine
    1 bell pepper chopped fine
    9 Ft sausage casing
