    Turkey: Mock Meatloaf

    From member luckyleo: My first day on the plan (yesterday) I needed to make a quick dinner. If you are looking for a quickie meal, this is it!

    List of Ingredients

    * 1 pound of ground turkey breast
    * 1/4 cup onions
    * 1/4 cup peppers
    * 1 cup of cooked rice
    * 1 small can of no-salt added tomato sauce
    * basil
    * oregano
    * thyme

    Recipe

    Saute onions and peppers, then brown ground turkey. Add in all of the ingredients. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
