    Salad: Buny's Salad

    List of Ingredients

    1 to 2 cups salad greens
    sliced mushrooms, green onions and cucumbers
    grape tomatoes
    1/2 cup of either cooked beets or pinto beans, or cooked barley (carb )
    1 to 2 oz cooked shredded chicken or shrimp or tuna or protein of choice (protein A or B)
    1 hard boiled egg white, cut up (protein A)
    your favorite plan friendly dressing

    Recipe

    Combine all and eat! (adjust amount of proteins and carbs to fit your eating plan.

    the veggies are all essentially free veggies, and if you were eating for a meal that did not allow carbs simply omit the beets/beans/barley. Thus, this can be eaten and modified for any meal for anyone's eating plan!
