    Buny's note: this one contains some off plan ingredients (sesame seeds, sesame oil and soy..).. would want to use sparingly and be aware it may slow weight loss

    List of Ingredients

    1 teaspoon sesame seeds
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread sesame seeds in cake pan and toast in oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Combine all ingredients in covered container. Shake vigorously for several seconds; refrigerate several hours. Serve on salads containing meat.
