    4 (2 1/2 oz) salmon steaks
    Vegetable cooking spray (or use nonstick foil)
    2 tbl Lemon juice
    1/2 tsp Dried whole dill weed
    1/2 tsp Dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp Pepper

    Recipe



    Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray (or line with nonstick foil); brush with lemon juice. Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
