    8 ounces cooked salmon fillet, skinned
    1/4 cup scallions, finely chopped
    2 teaspoons fresh dill
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    splash of fresh lemon juice
    1 beaten egg white

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place salmon in a large bowl and separate with a fork. Mix in scallions, dill, garlic, lemon juice, and egg. Shape mixture into patties. Place patties in nonstick baking dish or nonstick baking sheet in oven. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Original recipe calls for making 2 patties, each about 3/4" thick. Will want to be sure to measure out your correct portion.
