    Baked Flounder Fillets

    List of Ingredients

    * 4-5 flounder fillets
    * 1/2 cup white wine
    * 1 lemon, cut in half
    * 1 lime, cut in half
    * garlic pepper to taste
    * basil to taste

    Recipe

    Place fillets in non-stick baking pan. Pour in wine. Squeeze juice from lemon and lime halves over fillets. Sprinkle with garlic pepper and basil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve over rice with a side of steamed veggies, if desired.
