    Chile Lime Grilled Shrimp

    Recipe Introduction

    From member chloer: I adapted this recipe from one I got at Fulton's Crab House in Disney World. I removed the dash of salt and 2-3 tbsp olive oil from the recipe.

    List of Ingredients

    * 2 oz shrimp, removed from shell, deveined, and rinsed
    * 1 lime
    * pinch black pepper
    * 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    * chile powder to taste (salt free - see recipe)

    Recipe

    Squeeze lime over shrimp. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over shrimp and toss well. Place on hot, non-stick grill pan. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until flesh is firm and opaque. Remove from grill and drizzle with some more fresh lime juice.

    Serving idea: serve shrimp with Basmati rice cooked in vegetable broth with red onions and a large salad.
