    From member SusieQ: I usually make just one serving of this, but you can make as much as you want. I've actually served this to company.

    List of Ingredients

    * Sole fillet(s)
    * chopped tomato
    * chopped celery
    * chopped green pepper
    * dill seed
    * white wine or lemon juice

    Recipe

    Place the fillet in a small microwaveable dish, sprinkle with dill seed, place chopped veggies on top, add white wine or lemon juice just enough to keep it from going dry. Cover (I use cling wrap), and microwave on high 4 minutes.
