    Spicy Shrimp

    List of Ingredients

    * 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    * 1/4 cup chopped onion
    * 1 clove garlic, minced
    * 1 tbsp water
    * 2-1/2 oz uncooked, cleaned shrimp
    * 1/4 cup white wine
    * 1 cup canned sodium-free diced tomatoes with juice
    * 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or to taste
    * black pepper to taste
    * 1/2 cup cooked rice

    Recipe

    Saute green pepper, onion and garlic in water for 5 minutes. Add shrimp, wine, tomatoes, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through and liquid has reduced somewhat. Serve over rice.
